With the advent of latest sensing technologies, agricultural tasks can be performed so quickly andadequately and termed Smart agriculture. In this paper, a system based on sensor networks has been designed tomonitor parameters wirelessly. The proposed deployed in Wheat field. aim workis to increase quality productivity crops minimize extensive field visits farmers. Thissystem enables precision agriculture by periodically measuring three most key (temperature, light, andwater level) for achieving remarkable quality, growth crops. Thus, systemhelps agriculturists, landowners research experts monitor these at base station without goingto site. A GUI tool is also display measured data stored it database accordingly. Whiledesigning system; IRIS mote, MDA100 acquisition board, MIB520 USB interface board are employed. Weuse TinyOS operating development codes wireless nodes MicrosoftVisual Studio. ZigBee IEEE 802.15.4 protocol direct topology used communication with basestation.
